Death Be Nimble, Death Be Quick

Someone is murdering the members of Hollywood's über-rich Praetorius family one by one, and Pierce Investigations is on the job to find out who it is. Once again, their crack investigator, Taylor, is called upon to find the killer before he eliminates everyone in his way. Yet the more Taylor digs through the seedy entrails of L. A's glitterati, the more he comes to see that the case is anything but simple-and as he becomes more and more deeply enmeshed in the labyrinthine history of a notorious Hollywood crime and its tangled secret, he comes to realize that these mysterious murders actually have been a hundred years in the making.
