If anything, he would do anything to avoid going to the gym or even doing some basic stretches and low impact exercises in his own home. It took a near death experience to get him to realize that he must incorporate some form of exercise into his daily schedule. As he searched for a solution that he would not be too discouraged by and end up not using like a gym membership, he found some information on elliptical machines. He bought one and found that he was totally satisfied with what it could do and then decided to spend the time that he would have spent lounging on his couch to do more research and share the overall benefits of these machine with the world at large and also give advice on how to pick the best one.
