Contributor Bio:  Clarke, George George Clarke is the founder of independent film company, Yellow Fever Productions, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. His duties in the film world are plentiful and his usual roles on his productions involve; writer, producer, director, action choreographer, DOP, editor, and some times, even actor. A father of 2, George is also a keen photographer, cartoonist and illustrator and spends his spare time at home creating a range of children's books and characters that he hopes to bring to the screen someday. His love for film is most evident upon witness of his 3000+ DVD collection. His first film in 2008, BATTLE OF THE BONE (aka Zombie Wars: BOTB) was and still is, the most ambitious and largest indie film made in Northern Ireland. The film also became the most media covered local production on a global scale and ran for 2 weeks in Belfast's largest cinema complex. BOTB went on to win the Audience Choice Award at the fantastic Freak Show Horror Film Festival in Orlando. Since then George has made a further 4 feature films THE KNACKERY (aka Zombie Games: The Knackery), THE LAST LIGHT (aka The Last Light: An Irish Ghost Story), SPLASH AREA (aka Splash Area: Night Of The Freaks) and ONUS. These films have screened at many festivals throughout the world, collecting a few awards along the way. The end of 2013 saw George's first four features begin their US release through Eagle One Media. All films are available on Amazon, iTunes, GooglePlay and in selected stores across the USA and Canada. In August 2014, George and his partner Kenny Martin got married on the lakeside in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. They both love travelling the world, taking photographs, writing film scripts and of course looking after their beautiful children.
