Within

Within brings together the characters from the preceeding novels and adds new ones in an explosive new novel filled with past, present, and future events all experienced within Jackson's mind. Within Jackson's inner-room, there's been a change, a terrible accident that wasn't expected by Ben. Ben, the first of the personalities living with the host, is caught off guard by the influx of the new personalities. New visitors coming into his realm of reality without his permission. With their appearance, one at a time, they bring their memories as well of their experiences that will become infused into Jackson's psyche. The memories are so vivid that Ben can't distinguish the ones belonging to his host from those of the visitors appearing in the inner-room. The Pandora project, the creator and sustainer of life, has found a way to populate a willing candidate's mind through the process called the reading-in. On the candidate's reading-in day at the Pandora project, the three step process goes horribly wrong leaving the candidate filled with new lives, new memories, and inescapable mental madness. Jackson's ability to relive the downloaded memories of the investor's personalities has placed him in mortal danger, stood him before death's door, and pushed his physical body beyond what is humanly possible. Jackson Stafford, first candidate, gains the ability to see events from all of the lives of those who live within him. It's up to Ben to prioritize and clothe the new guests by re-imagining them within his secret refuge of his own inner-room. Once clothed in an appearance of human flesh, he is able to manipulate them to fulfill his personal agenda by directing them onto the square located directly beneath the host's orbs. Once in the host's reality, the re-imagined personalities become part of Jackson's life. On the candidate's reading-in day at the Pandora project, the three step process goes haywire leading to chaos within the inner-room. The process for the employees only include the first two steps.
