Be happy

Some ingredients contain chemical compounds from which our body produces the hormones of happiness. I created a special collection of recipes. They are not only delicious. There are the maximum amounts of the ingredients in those dishes, which contain a tryptophan and other compounds to produce the three hormones we need: serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin. The most important hormones (it's better to say, "neurotransmitters") that regulate a person's mood are serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin. Serotonin is considered to be the hormone of happiness, dopamine - the hormone of pleasure, oxytocin - the hormone of love. They often work in connection with each other (exactly like other hormones), forming an infinite number of emotions. Moreover, the production of serotonin brings a feeling of happiness and euphoria, the production of dopamine is associated with obtaining a pleasant or positive experience. Subsequently, memories of reward activate the production of dopamine. What I mean is that this hormone reinforces a positive experience. If dopamine is low, for example, then the human mental ability slows down. Serotonin is not found in food - its source can only be metabolic processes inside the human body. But foods contain the amino acid tryptophan. And from that our body produces the hormones we need for filling happiness.
