This is me a graphic designer, a mother, a dancer, and a writer. Writing a book on diet plans was never a plan. But after my daughter was born and me putting up kilos of weight which I definitely had to shed off, I started looking up the internet every next hour searching for that perfect plan. and what do I find millions of them, everyone suggesting a new diet with new recipes? So which one to choose? Some said to be on a carb-free diet and some suggested to eat oil-free food. Amidst this, I was in a complete dilemma as to which one to follow. Henceforth, I decided Ok, that's it, since the purpose for every diet is to have a balanced food why don't I try every diet plan equally as in trying out recipes from as many plans as possible.
Well following this my diet was not monotonous and was healthy equally. So, I decided to share it with everyone out there. In this book, I have listed down the top 7 talked about diet plans and the recipes that I had tried which made my diet balanced and lose weight at the same time.
