I have designed this book to help introduce the computer world to the person (you) who is beginning to learn about computers in a simple and easy to understand lingo. I start off simple, slow and easy as we start off with history of computers and then migrate into the computer world and easily cover hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting (command line tools), Office, Email, Understanding Terms. This book is built on repetition at many different angles to help ensure you are able to pick up the concept. As an Instructor; I have found over the years that when it comes to learning a new subject matter such as computers the best way to learn that material is to watch it be done, read about it and then also do it yourself.. But it has to make sence as you read it and that's how I've written this book - In simple and easy to relate to terms. Lastly the glue to this new knowledge is repetition, repetition, repetition so I've included learning checks and labs throughout the book to help you. So please enjoy reading this book and make sure to practice, practice, practice what you are learning.
