Author Mike o'Brien is an old hippie, semi-retired, and a collector of experiences. He's a world traveler, 35 countries and counting, and a poet, (and that's just scratching the surface.)



Trusting Mike has been small-scale robbed in at least four other countries, overall, by apparently pretty nice people - they could have been Buddhist ... collectively these experiences catalyzed the main story in this book. The section, Other Tales, includes poems of travel and observations on life.
