Another five, bloody, years have passed by in the global war against heart disease, and since book one was published. In this time millions more babies, teens and adults have died or are suffering. Why are we not winning this war? The world's population is increasing faster than we can produce cardiologists and not enough people care. We need reinforcements to arrive at the battle field.
