The Royal Australian Navy's attache in Jakarta has only a few weeks to go on his posting. He believes that Chinese piracy will take up the rest of his time. But there is something very devious going on. The first inkling comes with the outright purchase of the East German Navy. The second is that the American NSA advisor agrees with him and they escape across the archipelago looking for the evidence that will convince their superiors that invasion is involved.
