Myra Lost and Found is the story of orphan Myra's journey of self-discovery. Her journey begins when one day she mysteriously receives a valuable golden brooch with a note claiming it is rightfully hers as part of her ancestral inheritance. The brooch suggests a past far different from the one the young Myra imagined for herself as she was growing up in a Catholic orphanage in North Denver. The fact that the brooch is in the shape of the Star of David points to a strange and mysterious Jewish background and starts the young lady on a search for her roots. In her search she discovers some shock- ing truths about her real family's past, and learns what sort of sacrifices her long dead family members made for her, and understands just how lucky she has been to have survived at all.
