Contractor's College

Contractor's College is an award-winning construction business management training program designed to help small and emerging firms engaged in the highly-competitive construction industry compete. Through the core curriculum, business owners learn how to improve their businesses in the four major areas of consideration of project owners, banks, prime contractors, insurance and surety companies: Credit, Capital, Capacity, and Credit. The 14-module core curriculum is presented in two volumes that include all the information necessary to grow a successful a more competitive and higher-performing company. Volume I contains the first seven core curriculum workshops, quizzes and handouts along with a bonus workshop- Small Business Resources for Success.
