The Songbird 7 & the Vengeance of Rox

In the far reaches of known space in an age when the teeming hordes of humanity have spread to the thousands of alien worlds surrounding the closest stars, galactic society is in the grip of another great economic cataclysm and times are hard once again. So hard in fact that the Songbird private investigation agency has recently been forced into taking a string of demeaning and dangerous jobs just to make ends meet. So when Songbird and her misfit crew are offered large amounts of easy money for retrieving and couriering a mysterious case on behalf of a notorious and hunted underworld businessman, it seems as if they've finally found a way our of their desperate situation. Rapidly embroiled in a complex web of schemes and finding themselves in the middle of a vicious gang war with their world's most feared and heinous crime lord, the dreaded Rox, Songbird must use all her guile and the rare talents of her agency to avoid an untimely and unpleasant fate and ensure the safe delivery of the strange case that everyone wants.
