WhenOsama bin Laden is suspected of bombing two U. S. embassies in Africa, PresidentJessup secretly gives Dutch Dantley the go-ahead for AcappellaBlue, an experiment he has not tested. Dutch meets TrishaGregano, a beautiful and ambitious reporter who reminds him of his late wife.
