These lessons include our language, history, spirituality, values, artistic expressions, customs, and practices. As the main components of culture, these lessons provide us with a better understanding of our history and identity; they link us to the past, present, and future. Therefore, without culture and its vital components, we lose our identity as a distinguished people."

The Proud People is a direct translation of stories, histories and traditions recorded, archived, and shared orally from generation to generation.
