Mornington Crescent

Claire and Jean are sisters growing up in the mid-20th Century. When Claire leaves home for college in London, she breaks the mould and her relationship with her mother is irreparably damaged. Feeling deserted, Jean answers an advert for a nanny in New York and travels to America.

They both continue to make decisions that change the course of their lives as they follow paths influenced by education and career; travel and family. They learn that there are no rules to life and, although it may look planned on the surface, underneath it is all chaos and chance. The best they can hope for is to navigate their way safely through it.
