Es graduada de Bachillerato y Estadisticas en Cuba, donde hizo estudios de Licenciatura Matematica en la Universidad de La Habana. Tiene un Asociado en Artes del Miami-Dade College. Siempre tuvo inquietud por la escritura, contribuyendo en la escuela primaria a un folleto que alli se imprimia. Le han publicado textos de opinion en los principales periodicos de Miami, asi como en Espana en el periodico ABC de Madrid. Aunque eventualmente ha participado en concursos de poesias, donde mas a gusto se siente es escribiendo articulos de opinion, especialmente relacionados con la politica internacional poniendo enfasis en el caso cubano y espanol, asi como la situacion politica en general del pais en el que reside. Alejandose un poco de la vida cotidiana ha publicado dos novelas, en 2013 "Su Mejor Diseno" y en 2014 "Al Final del Crucero." Es miembro en Miami de la Sociedad de Poetas y Escritores.
