I wouldn't have survived if I had not believed in myself and my ability to heal. Journaling helped me find my voice and power. It was vital to helping me face my challenges and process everything that happened, both in my previous life and current events. I believe in the indomitable human spirit to overcome any challenges. I believe in YOU! Torn between the desires to fight to control our destiny or to surrender to it with grace, we can choose to walk between... the path of the graceful warrior.
