The Ethics of Human Development -- The Workbook

The purpose of the Ethics of Human Development Workbook is to help you identify what you should know and doin order to serve both yourself and the various organizations of which you are a part. One of the key assumptions of The Ethics of Human Development Training Program is that the ethical path is the path most likely to serve both you and your organization(s) over the long run.




The workbook is one part of The Ethics of Human Development Training Program. However, the Workbook can be used on its own. It presents and explains the ethics of human development and it invites a close review of one's relationship with whatever organization is under consideration.




Individuals interested in applying the ethics of human development to their work-life will find the Workbook useful, as will organizational personnel and trainers interested in furthering ethical cultures in organizations.
