One size does not fit all when it comes to being your best you. This book is not about telling you what success is. It's not about defining your status in the hierarchy of life. I'm not here to tell you that if you follow every principle shared in this book that you will never have a crappy day. What I am here to do is to share with you some anecdotal stories, scientific facts and some tips and tricks of people that I admire dearly for the way they show up in life every day - happy, content, grateful and awesome. Each section provides you with an opportunity to test drive the strategies through application and see which ones work best for you. It's a mix and match concept, take only what you need and throw the others back!
