American sci-fi drama in which elderly couple Frank (Hume Cronyn) and Faye Riley (Jessica Tandy) must pray for a miracle when their New York apartment block is threatened with demolition. This duly arrives - in the form of space aliens in tiny flying saucers, who set about helping the Rileys fight the demolition order and the intimidation tactics used by the development company. The cast also includes Frank McRae, Elizabeth Peña and Michael Carmine.
