The 1980s were a fun time to be a kid, especially in the middle-class suburbs of one of the largest Metropolitan areas in America. John Decker has two older brothers that seem to have all the adventures, and he just wants to tag along. He finally gets his chance one evening, and his life and that of those around him will never be the same.
