The main reason for writing this book is that according to my findings both as a researcher and through my own personal encounters with the Holy Spirit, I have come to discover that the Pentecostal revival has given us a number of books on the Holy Spirit, but the majority of these have been sermonic and anecdotal rather than theological. This has compelled to write with deeper scriptural backing and sound Pentecostal theological positioning on this subject. In this book I will endeavor to uncover the important truths about the Holy Spirit, which the Church of Jesus Christ has ignored and overlooked for ages and no wonder we have no power within the Church. As you read through this book, ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to see the truth and let him be the senior partner of your personal life, and ministry. We will discover that the Holy Spirit as a person has feelings, He can be grieved, He can teach, He can guide, He can be mistreated and that the Scriptures treat Him as a person. It is time to appreciate him as a person even for his role in shaping Bible History. I therefore present to you a book that will radically cause a turn around on how you have perceived the Holy Spirit before. It is my prayer that this book will bring total transformation in your relationship with the Holy Spirit as you begin to discover that the Holy Spirit has a personality and has been assigned to minister to the Church.
